What is Akouson Financial?
I started Akouson because I believe financial clarity shouldn’t be reserved for the wealthy or the well-connected. I know what it’s like to figure out money as you go—reading, learning, asking questions, and growing each year. That financial curiosity is what sparked and now drives my career.
I’ve sat where many of my clients sit now, and I bring both technical expertise and lived experience to the work I do. I listen to their stories, their struggles, and their aspirations to guide them toward tax confidence. My goal is to make taxes feel less intimidating, more empowering, and something you can actually enjoy understanding.
Professionally, I hold a B.S. and M.S. in Accounting and built my foundation in public accounting, earning my CPA and CFP® while working directly with clients.
